Retirement letter from staff of the Nuwara Eliya District Estates Staff Association R.F. Megginson circa 1930s. R.F. Megginson was the long-term manager of Goatfell and St. Margaret's Estates from 1911 to 1928, and Director Chairman of Carolina Tea Co of Ceylon Ltd and Nuwara Eliya Tea Estates Co Ltd, both which were founded by his father, Wharram Megginson.
