Collection of photographs, primarily of the Baker family, sent in by Joan Cross from Perth, Australia, whose grandfather Vic Charles Jaggers was a tea planter in Ceylon. Joan has stated that she has not been able to identify many people in this collection of photographs nor indeed if most of the estate photos are of Queenswood, the Baker family estate.

People unknown - obviously a convent school. My relatives were mostly Catholic and I know that Pat Baker and other girls attended Catholic schools. I'm told one of the school's was run by the Sisters of the Good Shepherd in Nuwara Eliya.

Unknown place. The portrait in the centre of the room looks a lot like Pat Baker but is probably wishful thinking on my part!
